COLD BAKLAVA

Cold Baklava is prepared using an average of 40 layers of phyllo.
The raw materials (pistachios or walnuts) used in it are carefully selected and supplied from the region.
Difference of cold baklava from classic baklava; Sherbet is prepared with milk and less sugar is used.

Plenty of peanuts and chocolate chips are poured on it. Sherbet made of milk and sugar is poured over the baklava baked in the oven. Baklava is served cold.
