Dry Baklava is prepared using an average of 40 layers of phyllo.
The raw materials (pistachios or walnuts) used in it are carefully selected and supplied from the region.
Unlike the Classic Baklava variety, Dry Baklava has a longer sherbet. Another difference of Dry Baklava from Classic Baklava is that it does not contain cream.

Due to these features, it maintains its freshness during travels or longer-term consumption, with a longer lifespan. It is also known as gift baklava or travel baklava.
